Experience: 0–3 years in Collections. 2. Team Leader – Collection, Email Support, Customer Support, Team Leader, & VKYC. ✅ 12th Pass & Above Lead and manage collection executives. Monitor daily targets and team performance. Handle escalations and improve recovery rates. Prepare MIS and maintain operational efficiency. Experience: 1–5 years with team-handling experience. 3. Customer Support Executive – Voice Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. 4. Chat Support Executive – Non-Voice Handle customer queries through live chat. Provide accurate and timely resolutions. Maintain chat quality and response time. 5. Team Leader – Customer Support, Manage and lead customer support teams. Monitor productivity, quality and performance. Handle escalations and achieve targets. 6.
