Job Description – Hub Incharge Company: Shadowfax Technologies Department: Last Mile Operations Designation: Hub Incharge Experience: 1–4 Years Location: As per business requirement Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day last-mile hub operations, ensure smooth delivery operations, manage delivery executives, and achieve operational targets while maintaining service quality. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth functioning of last-mile activities. Handle rider/delivery executive management, including onboarding, attendance, productivity, and retention. Ensure adequate rider availability to meet daily delivery requirements. Monitor daily shipment volumes, delivery performance, pending shipments, and delivery TAT. Ensure timely delivery, first-attempt delivery success, and minimum shipment backlog. Manage hub manpower, shift planning, and daily resource allocation. Coordinate with city operations and central teams to resolve operational challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily operational reports. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related issues. Ensure compliance with company processes, operational SOPs, and safety standards. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve hub performance. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. 1–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations. Prior experience in handling hub operations and delivery executives. Good understanding of local geography and delivery areas. Strong team management and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
