📢 HIRING: COMMIS 1 / DEMI CHEF – CONTINENTAL 🍽️ Dugout 63 Café | Bengaluru 📍 Location: Energia, opposite Prakriya Green Wisdom School, Kodathi, Bengaluru – 560035 💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and food trial 👨‍🍳 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience ⏰ Job Type: Full-time, work from café 🚀 Joining: Immediate preferred We are looking for a hands-on chef who can prepare tasty, consistent café food and manage their kitchen station confidently. Required cooking skills: • Continental sandwiches and burgers, including preparing fillings and sauces from scratch. • White sauce pasta, fries and other café snacks. • Chinese rice and noodle bowls, chilli paneer and chilli chicken. • Food preparation, portion control and attractive plating. Responsibilities: • Complete daily preparation and organise the station before service. • Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and portions. • Prepare orders efficiently during busy service. • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food storage and cleanliness. • Monitor stock, minimise wastage and coordinate with the Executive Chef. Candidate requirements: • Currently based in Bengaluru and able to commute to Kodathi. • Practical experience in a café, restaurant or continental kitchen. • Comfortable handling vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. • Reliable, punctual and willing to work in a team. • Available for an interview and cooking trial.
