Commis I - Continental

• Prepare and cook continental dishes such as soups, sauces, salads, pasta, grills, and breakfast items.
• Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in daily kitchen preparation and service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation according to food safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Assist in mise en place before service hours.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and inform seniors about shortages.
• Follow kitchen safety standards and SOPs.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
