About the Role

The Coco Factory is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join its team. The intern will support sales activities by following up with potential customers, contacting existing leads, recovering abandoned carts, and assisting in converting customer inquiries into successful purchases.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, and e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through approved communication channels.
• Follow-Up abandoned cart customers and encourage them to complete their orders.
• Follow-Up customers from the existing database to generate sales
• Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the purchasing process.
• Contact enquiries to generate sales
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
• Maintain accurate customer details, follow-up records, and sales updates.
• Assist in lead generation and lead conversion activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales performance.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, or monthly sales and follow-up targets.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, customer responses, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and online shopping platforms.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Ability to follow up with customers systematically and work towards targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
