Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to companies and industry professionals.
Generate potential leads and convert them into confirmed clients.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily calling records, databases and reports.
Achieve daily calling assigned by the management.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Ability to communicate professionally over the telephone.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Previous telecalling experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.
