Accounting tasks: Processing bills, invoices, and payments, recording financial transactions, and preparing financial statements
Administrative tasks: Maintaining files, updating accounts databases, and scheduling appointments
Communication: Communicating with clients and other staff to understand financial needs and report information
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies
Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable transactions and performing bank reconciliations
Vendor management: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors
Expense reports: Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
Budgeting: Controlling the overall budget credit and erasing any outstanding dues
Reporting: Reporting to the accounts officer on the outcome of work and deficiencies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
