Travel Operations Executive – Itinerary Planning (Domestic & International Tours)

About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Operations Executive with strong itinerary planning and communication skills. You will create customised domestic and international tour itineraries, with a focus on Azerbaijan, Georgia and Middle East destinations. You will coordinate with clients and suppliers and make sure every trip runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries for domestic and international tour packages

Design customised group, family, honeymoon and holiday itineraries based on client requirements

Plan routes, sightseeing, transfers, hotels and activities for Azerbaijan, Georgia, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Middle East destinations

Prepare package costing and quotations along with the itinerary

Communicate with clients in Hindi and English by phone, WhatsApp and email

Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and local suppliers

Confirm bookings and share itineraries and travel documents

Follow up with travellers before, during and after the trip

Handle client queries and itinerary changes professionally

Requirements

1–2 years’ experience in travel operations, tour planning or a travel agency

Proven experience in itinerary preparation for domestic and international destinations

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations, routes and travel seasons

Good coordination, time management and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and email

Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azerbaijan , Georgia tour packages

Knowledge of hotel reservations and package costing

Basic knowledge of flights and visa processes

Travel and tourism diploma or degree
