Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing sales expert to join our growing jewellery business. This is a dual-track posting

Candidates with 1+ years of leadership experience in gold/diamond retail will be considered for the Store Sales Manager position.

Candidates with 2 years of high-end retail experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Person role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Excellence

Drive individual and store-wide sales targets for 916 hallmarked gold and diamond jewellery.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal HNI (High Net Worth) client base through personalized service and follow-ups.

Inventory Management

Oversee stock handling, daily counting, and ensuring the security of high-value items.

Store Operations

Ensure the showroom floor meets luxury standards and maintain an inviting atmosphere.

Leadership (Manager Level): Train junior staff, manage duty rosters, and report directly to the promoter regarding weekly/monthly performance.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Fort Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
