URGENT HIRING – GENERAL MANAGER (RETAIL – FURNITURE)

Job Responsibilities

Oversee overall operations of the furniture retail showroom.

Manage sales, business development and revenue targets.

Lead and supervise showroom sales teams and store operations.

Monitor inventory, stock movement and procurement.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management.

Develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Monitor daily operations, staff performance and store KPIs.

Handle vendor coordination, pricing and operational planning.

Ensure smooth functioning of the showroom across all departments.

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management.

Experience in furniture retail / home furnishing industry preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of sales, inventory and store operations.

Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
