General Manager - Deposit

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Fixed Deposits to lead our Fixed Deposit business, drive deposit mobilization, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's deposit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase Fixed Deposit mobilization and business growth.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the deposit sales team to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial consultants, and business associates.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor team performance, deposit inflows, renewals, and customer retention.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve deposit growth.
• Coordinate with branch managers and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and present them to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual deposit targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Deposit mobilization, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Prior experience in team management and business development is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Proven track record in deposit mobilization and business development.
• Strong network of customers and financial consultants.
• Target-oriented with excellent team leadership skills.

10 years of experience in this field.
