Job Summary

The Manager - Showrooms (All Kerala) will oversee the overall operations of all OPPO Exclusive Showrooms across Kerala. The role focuses on driving sales growth, achieving business targets, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring brand and visual merchandising standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position will also involve leading showroom managers and retail teams, monitoring performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures across all showrooms.

Required Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory; an MBA in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or showroom retail.

Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets and driving sales performance.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and operational skills.

Good understanding of retail sales processes, inventory management, visual merchandising, and audit compliance.

Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel across Kerala for showroom visits and operational reviews.
