Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other relevant tools/applications is required.
Prior experience in customer relationship management, customer support, or call handling is preferred.
Candidates should have a keen interest in customer communication roles and possess the adaptability needed to effectively perform and grow within the position.
As per the new contract renewal requirement, tele selling skills and previous experience will add value .
