Telecaller – HoReCa

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and QSRs.

• Identify and connect with restaurant owners, purchase managers, and decision-makers.

• Introduce KitchenX and explain our B2B food supply services.

• Generate potential business leads and maintain customer databases.

• Follow up with interested customers and schedule business meetings.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain daily calling reports and lead updates.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.

• Experience in Telecalling, HoReCa, or B2B sales is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience).
