Outbound Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Executive to generate business leads for PCB manufacturing and EMS services through outbound calls, identify potential customers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, OEMs, electronics companies, and product manufacturers.
• Introduce PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, PCBA, and EMS services.
• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain customer databases, and update call records.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing, electronics, or EMS is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, and maintaining sales reports.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
