Job Description

Sahasra Tax Filing is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as US Taxation \& Customer Acquisition Executives in Hyderabad.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in customer acquisition, sales, client relationship management, and learning about US taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce US tax filing services.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Explain service offerings and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and emails.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate service-related information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Assist clients in collecting and organizing documents required for US tax filing.
• Support US individual and business tax preparation activities based on assigned responsibilities and training.
• Work towards achieving assigned calling, follow-up, and customer acquisition targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Finance, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Interest in sales, customer acquisition, and US taxation.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
