About the Role

Optimist AC is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Store Manager to help manage daily store

operations, assist customers, and coordinate with internal teams. Freshers who are eager to learn and

take ownership are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities — Store Operations

• Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.

• Ensure products, accessories, and promotional materials are properly displayed.

• Coordinate with internal teams for store-related requirements.

Sales \& Customer Management

• Welcome customers and explain Optimist AC products, features, and benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and help them select suitable products.

• Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets.

• Follow up with walk-in customers and maintain customer enquiry records.

• Ensure a positive customer experience before and after purchase.

Team \& Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, installation, service, and delivery teams.

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination for customer orders.

• Maintain discipline and accountability in store activities.

• Report operational issues and customer concerns to management.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate; candidates who are currently pursuing a degree may also

be considered.

• Good communication and a friendly, customer-first attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Organized, reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
