About the Role

Zouk is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead its retail store operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organised retail, team management, sales performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive store sales, revenue targets and overall business performance.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Monitor daily sales reports, conversion rates and store performance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and retail operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in organised retail.
• Prior experience managing a retail store or handling store operations.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, handbags, accessories or footwear retail preferred.
• Strong team management and sales-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates currently based in Bangalore preferred.

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
