Furniture Sales Executive

We are looking for a target-oriented Furniture Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in furniture sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling customer enquiries, conducting cold calls, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, understand their furniture requirements, and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct cold calls, generate new leads, and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while achieving assigned monthly targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, customer details, and follow-up status.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in furniture sales or the furniture retail industry.
• Good knowledge of furniture products, materials, designs, and finishes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple customer enquiries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
