Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Front Office cum Billing Executive to manage reception activities, patient coordination, and billing operations at our healthcare facility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and reception activities.
• Welcome patients and visitors and guide them appropriately.
• Handle patient appointments and registration.
• Prepare patient bills and process billing transactions accurately.
• Maintain patient records and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
• Handle patient enquiries over phone and in person.
• Assist with admission and discharge-related billing procedures.
• Maintain daily billing reports and cash records.
• Ensure smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in hospital or healthcare front office and billing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing procedures and computer applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient enquiries professionally.
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
