Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitative care to patients across both the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD).

The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical assessment skills, hands-on rehabilitation experience, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Provide physiotherapy treatment to patients in both OPD and IPD settings.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
• Manage orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation cases.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, posture, and home rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient safety standards.
• Support departmental activities and maintain high standards of clinical care.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical physiotherapy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Experience in handling both OPD and IPD patients.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, rehabilitation techniques, and patient management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
