Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Field Sales Manager who will visit salons in assigned areas, introduce Lokaci’s services, and onboard new salon partners. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons daily in assigned territories.
• Demonstrate and promote Lokaci Pro, our CRM software designed for salon management.
• Generate leads and convert salons into active clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the sales manager.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with traveling locally and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Basic understanding of CRM software (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
