Inside Sales Associate – Inbound

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Associate to handle incoming calls from US-based customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in an international BPO, with strong communication and persuasive skills to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding product inquiries and purchases
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information
• Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching products/services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system
• Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (Voice Process)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle US customers professionally and confidently
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in inbound sales or upselling
• Experience handling US/UK customers
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
