Role \& Responsibilities

• Manage the recovery and collection of outstanding payments from delinquent customers.
• Handle collection buckets (DPD – Days Past Due) and ensure monthly collection and ageing targets are achieved.
• Identify and explore additional channels for effective debt recovery.
• Negotiate with overdue customers to facilitate timely repayment.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Make reminder calls to customers who have missed their EMI payments.
• Educate customers about the consequences of delayed or missed payments.
• Provide customers with available payment options and guide them through the payment process.
• Follow up consistently with customers until outstanding payments are received.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call details, and collection updates in the system as per company procedures.

Qualifications \& Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–2 years of relevant experience in collections, debt recovery, or payment follow-up.

Prior experience handling collection buckets (DPD) will be preferred.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telegu, Kannada, Tamil(at least one regional language) is mandatory.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to achieve monthly collection targets.

Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Personal Laptop is mandatory.

Pay

₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
