We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Marketing Promoters to promote Wisdom Design Era Fashion Week 2.0 across Delhi NCR.

The selected candidates will be responsible for building local partnerships, connecting with colleges and businesses, promoting the event and generating audience registrations.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

A. College \& Institutional Outreach

• Visit colleges, universities, coaching institutes and educational centres.
• Connect with placement officers, faculty members and student coordinators.
• Promote the fashion show among students.
• Generate group registrations and student participation.
• Develop college-level promotional partnerships.

B. Local Business Promotion

• Visit salons, boutiques, fashion stores, makeup studios and beauty academies.
• Build promotional partnerships with local businesses.
• Distribute digital and printed invitations.
• Encourage business owners to invite their customers and networks.

C. Audience Generation

• Generate genuine audience registrations.
• Personally approach potential guests and fashion enthusiasts.
• Promote complimentary entry passes, where applicable.
• Follow up with registered guests to confirm attendance.
• Maintain a database of invited and confirmed guests.

D. Marketing \& Brand Promotion

• Distribute event posters, brochures and invitation cards.
• Promote the event through WhatsApp groups and local networks.
• Coordinate with the social media and telecalling teams.
• Identify potential influencers and local promotional partners.

E. Daily Reporting

• Submit daily field visit reports.
• Maintain records of colleges and businesses contacted.
• Share registration and follow-up updates.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets.

Eligibility \& Skills Required

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales or event promotion is preferred.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Confident personality and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor visits and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and smartphones.
• Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
