Mobile Phone Repair Technician

ADCOM India is looking for a technically skilled Repair Technician to oversee product quality, inspect electronic components and assemblies, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring production processes and maintaining quality documentation to ensure products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection \& Defect Analysis

• Inspect electronic components, assemblies and finished products for defects.
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical faults.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, rework and repairs wherever required.
• Conduct functional testing and verify that repaired products meet quality standards.
• Identify recurring defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Monitoring

• Conduct regular in-process and final quality inspections.
• Ensure defective products are identified, segregated and reworked appropriately.

Quality Audits \& Documentation

• Maintain inspection reports, defect records and quality control documentation.
• Track defect rates, rework and rejection trends.
• Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and specifications.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in soldering, desoldering, electronic troubleshooting and component-level repair.
• Knowledge of electronic components, PCB assemblies and testing procedures.
• Ability to identify defects, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes, and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, quality control, PCB inspection or electronic product repair.

Pay

₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
