Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage daily data entry, maintain records, prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain daily business data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and data records.
• Handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF and Pivot Tables.
• Perform data cleaning, sorting, filtering and formatting.
• Create and maintain Google Sheets with formulas, filters and data validation.
• Track daily operational data and prepare regular reports.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Advanced Excel.
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
