Job Summary

Hybon Elevators, a leading manufacturer and supplier of elevators, is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle client coordination and relationship management. This is focused purely on customer handling and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Share timely project updates and handle client queries
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain records using CRM tools and Google Sheets
• Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer handling / client servicing
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Industry preference: Elevators, Automobile, Real Estate, Hospitality, Building Materials
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Pleasing personality, well-groomed, professional appearance
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office
• Immediate joiners preferred
