Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller Company: Testometer – IT Training & Corporate Training Institute Job Description: We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming and outgoing calls, attend to student and corporate enquiries, follow up with prospective students, schedule counselling sessions, and provide information about our IT and corporate training programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors. Make outbound calls and follow up with leads. Explain training courses and corporate training programs. Schedule counselling sessions and maintain enquiry records. Coordinate with the sales and training teams. Manage reception and basic administrative activities. Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude and the ability to handle calls professionally. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
