Urgent Requirement: Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate) Mandate Project, Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) 📍 Location - Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) 💰 Salary - ₹35,000 per month 💼 Experience - 1 – 2 Years 🏢 Industry - Real Estate 🕒 Employment Type - Full-Time About the Role We are urgently looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to handle sales for our mandate project in Kolar Gold Fields. If you have experience in real estate or a similar sales field, strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end sales for the mandate project in Kolar Gold Fields. - Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects. - Conduct property presentations, site visits and project demonstrations. - Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. - Coordinate with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails and meetings. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM. - Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking and post-sales support. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and project developments. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets. - Good knowledge of the Kolar/KGF and nearby real estate market. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Fluency in English, Kannada and Hind i is preferred.
