Interior Designer Manager

Job Title: Interior Manager : Interior Designer Manager Educational Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture Job Location: Sahakar Nagar Bangalore Experience: 3 To 7 Years Salary: 40k to 50k Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from initial concept, space planning, and client briefs through to final site handover. Design Leadership: Establish the overarching aesthetic and functional vision for spaces, reviewing 2D/3D proposals and technical drawings. Team & Staff Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate junior and senior interior designers, assigning workloads and tracking productivity. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare project cost estimates, manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities), track expenditures, and mitigate financial risks. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Conduct client presentations, manage expectations, and act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and contractors.
