Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a good understanding of the IT industry to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote our software and web development services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential clients for IT services.

Connect with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Present services, share proposals, and negotiate deals.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain client relationships and update CRM records.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge of the IT industry, websites, software, and digital solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, B.Tech, BBA, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

Experienced Candidates

0–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.

Freshers

Only candidates with an IT-related educational background or demonstrable knowledge of the IT industry should apply.

Basic understanding of website development, eCommerce, software products, and IT services is required.
