Telecaller Cum Counsellor — Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller Cum Counsellor to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients by phone to explain available services.
• Understand client needs and provide clear, relevant information and guidance.
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or centre visits.
• Maintain accurate call records and update client information in the system.
• Meet call, follow-up, and enrolment targets while maintaining a helpful, professional approach.
• Coordinate with the centre team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales.
• Strong spoken communication and active listening skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
• Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.
