Tele Calling Executive

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Generating \& identifying new leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
• Offering company services to leads via Voice/Email/Online.
• Maintaining follow ups and client details for lead conversion.
• Dealing with the enquiries of the leads and existing clients.
• Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers.
• Able to create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to prospective clients at client meetings, webinars and conferences.
• Maintaining long term professional relationship with the existing and new clients.
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Key Skills

• Should have basic knowledge of the software, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills.
• Should have strong selling and influencing skills, with the ability to give a good sales pitch.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Previous experience with Institutional sales will be added advantage.

Academic Qualification

Graduate or pursuing Graduation (Any degree)

Salary

₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Terms \& Conditions

• Candidate should bring his/her own laptop.
• Selected candidates will be given a detailed training for 7 days. After successful completion of the training period, joining letters will be handed to the candidates.

After joining there will be 3 months of probation period. Salary will be revised after successfully completion of probation period depending upon performance.
