Job Description

Metahud is hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to visit local businesses, generate leads, promote our digital solutions, and acquire new clients.

This is a field-based sales role requiring daily market visits and direct interaction with business owners.

Daily Work Expectations

• Visit 20–25 potential businesses daily in assigned areas of Kolkata.
• Approach shop owners, showroom managers, and business decision-makers.
• Introduce and demonstrate Metahud's digital solutions, primarily Aroma.
• Collect contact details and identify interested prospects.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Work toward weekly and monthly client acquisition targets.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Attend scheduled sales reviews and training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi.
• Comfortable with local travel and independent field visits.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Students, freshers, and recent graduates are welcome.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
