Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.
• Respond to client queries through live chat.
• Understand client concerns and provide relevant information.
• Assist clients with basic service-related questions.
• Follow up on pending client queries when required.
• Maintain accurate client information and interaction records.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly over calls and chat.
• Willingness to learn and work night shifts.
