Assistant Branch Manager - Jewellery store

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of a jewellery store. The ideal candidate must have experience in jewellery retail, online sales, social media promotions, and creating engaging reels to promote jewellery collections and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, sales, and relationship management.
• Manage online sales through social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Instagram reels, videos, and promotional content showcasing jewellery collections.
• Be comfortable appearing in reels and presenting jewellery products confidently on camera.
• Promote new collections, offers, and festive jewellery designs through social media.
• Follow up with online leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain product displays, inventory coordination, billing, and store standards.
• Support team management, sales performance monitoring, and customer service.
• Ensure professional grooming, excellent communication, and a premium customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in jewellery retail is mandatory.
• Experience in online sales and handling social media inquiries is mandatory.
• Must have experience or strong skills in making Instagram reels and promotional videos.
• Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera to showcase jewellery.
• Must be smart, well-groomed, presentable, and customer-friendly.
• Good communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and digital promotions.
• Leadership skills and the ability to support store operations and achieve sales targets.
