About the Role

Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is looking for a skilled and motivated Commi Chef to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness of kitchen workstations.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and smooth service.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
