Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care and support daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and report them promptly.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and post-care instructions.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and clinical protocols.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical nursing and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Experience in patient assessment and clinical documentation.
• Emergency response and patient-handling skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of infection control and hospital protocols.

Requirements

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• 1–5 years of relevant hospital experience.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• Experience in a multispecialty hospital is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
