Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email & phone calls . Confirm COD orders to reduce cancellations and RTO. Manage NDR cases , coordinate reattempts and resolve address-related issues. Follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate with courier partners. Escalate and resolve courier-related issues . Skills Required English Communication • Customer Handling • Follow-up • Persuasion • Problem Solving • CRM Skills Candidate Profile Excellent spoken and written English . Professional, patient and customer-focused. Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Comfortable handling calls and multiple customer conversations. Experience in customer support, CRM, e-commerce or D2C is preferred.
