Job Profile: Sales & Marketing Relationship Manager Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Employment Type: Full-Time Requirement: Must Own a Two-Wheeler (Bike) with Valid Driving License Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Relationship Manager to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in Ranchi and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking. Meet potential clients and present company products/services effectively. Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. Develop strategies to increase sales and market penetration. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals. Marketing ActivitiesPlan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives. Coordinate with the marketing team for events, exhibitions, and promotional programs. Promote company offerings through direct marketing and digital channels. Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and customer database. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Update CRM records and sales pipeline regularly. Track sales progress and recommend improvement strategies. Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field. 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Relationship Management. Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing knowledge preferred. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused and relationship-building mindset. Self-motivated and target-driven. Good knowledge of Ranchi market and surrounding regions. Ability to work independently in field sales environments. Mandatory RequirementsOwn Bike/Two-Wheeler for field visits. Valid Driving License. Smartphone with internet access. Willingness to travel extensively within Ranchi and nearby areas.
