Job Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls. Explain our photo albums, photobooks, acrylic photo frames, and personalized products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders. Assist customers with order booking and payment coordination. Maintain customer enquiry records and provide excellent customer support. Requirements: Fluent in Tamil and English (speaking). Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge. Personal laptop is mandatory. Stable internet connection required. Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome.
