Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing and driving JewelChic's overall sales and marketing operations across both online and retail channels. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, generate business opportunities, increase brand visibility and expand market reach. Overseeing online and e-commerce sales, handling customer enquiries, lead generation, order management and customer relationships, while also managing retail sales operations, store performance, customer experience and sales team coordination. Planning promotional activities, executing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, analysing market trends and monitoring sales performance to ensure revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention across all sales channels.
