Online Sales Executive

Responsible for managing and driving JewelChic's online and e-commerce sales operations, including handling customer enquiries, generating leads, following up with potential customers and converting enquiries into sales. Managing online orders, product listings, customer interactions, order processing and coordination with inventory, billing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, resolving customer queries and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience. Monitoring sales performance, achieving assigned sales targets and identifying opportunities to increase online revenue and customer retention.
