About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern (Meta & Google Ads) to learn how paid campaigns are planned, launched and optimised for D2C brands. You will support our performance team on live campaigns with real budgets.

What You Will Do

Assist in setting up Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Monitor daily campaign performance (spend, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and flag issues.

Help prepare reports and dashboards in Google Sheets.

Research competitor ads, audiences and creative trends.

Support A/B testing of creatives, copies and audiences.

Coordinate with the creative team on ad creative briefs.

Who You Are

Freshers, students and recent graduates (BBA, BMS, MBA or any stream) are welcome.

Strong interest in performance marketing, Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of digital marketing; Google Ads/Meta certifications are a plus.

Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

Work Location
