Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Make calls to potential customers to explain products/services and handle incoming inquiries.
- Lead Generation
- Identify prospective clients and convert potential inquiries into sales leads.
- Customer Support
- Answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product information professionally.
- Follow-ups
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients to close deals or schedule appointments.
- Data Management
- Maintain and update call records, customer feedback, and statuses in Smart phone.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education
- Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Languages Known
- Strong fluency in Tamil; basic English reading/speaking skills are preferred.
- Experience
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling/customer support.
- Skills
- Good communication, persuasive active listening, patience.
