About this job
We are hiring Customer Support Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or BPO.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist with order status, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of customer support/BPO experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
