Sales Caller

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other sales strategies. Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes. Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on solar energy benefits, products, and financing options to help them make informed decisions. Sales Closure: Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively handling objections and negotiating terms. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize referral opportunities. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales team members, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer handoff and project execution. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible.
