Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.

Lead, motivate, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve business objectives.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.

Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, food costs, inventory, and key operational KPIs.

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards.

Drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve assigned targets.

Address customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of shift handling experience in restaurant operations, preferably within QSR, hospitality, food retail, or a similar industry.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.

Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales performance, food costs, inventory management, and operational KPIs.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
