Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsalls, generating business enquiries, following up with potential customers, and introducing our company's IT services and software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Introduce and explain company services, software products, and solutions.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up activities in CRM.
• Handle basic customer queries and communicate requirements to the relevant team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or customer support.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software products, or CRM solutions will be an advantage.
